Our emergency response physicians frequently treat a wide range of illnesses and life-threatening diseases including heart attacks, strokes, fractures, accidents and overdoses. When a patient is admitted to our emergency departmet, he/she is immediately examined by a doctor to ascertain the extent of seriousness of the afflicting condition. Those with life-threatening diseases are immediately put on ventilators and efforts are made to stabilize the patient through suitable measures such as chest compressions, shocks, stemming of any bleeding etc.
